Project Agreements
All construction work requires a signed written agreement before works begins. The written contract will outline:

Payments

Each project may have a different payment schedule but We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.
Permits and Compliance
Unless otherwise stated in writting :
The property owner is responsible for securing necessary permits.
The property owner must ensure access to the job site.
The property owner must disclose property boundaries, utilies, easements, and HOA restictions.
Warranties
Warranty terms, if applicable, will be outlined in the signed project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Normal wear and tear, weather conditions, groud movement, improper maintenance, or misuse are not convered.
Concrete may naturally crack due to environmental conditions; this does not automatically constitude defective workmanship.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affordable Concrete and Construction LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Delay caused by weather, supply shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. Damage resulting from undisclosed underground utilities or site conditions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid with the deductions of all material that has already being purchase for that specific project.
